Our evening desert safari pick-up begins between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM from your Dubai hotel. The exact time depends on your location and the seasonal sunset schedule. You are dropped back by approximately 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The total experience lasts about 6 hours.
Absolutely. If you prefer not to participate in dune bashing due to pregnancy, back problems, or any other concern, we can arrange for you to be driven directly to the desert camp in a separate vehicle at normal speed. You will still enjoy all camp activities, dinner, and shows.
Your evening includes a Tanoura (Sufi whirling) dance, belly dance performance, a dramatic fire show, and Dabka drumming. During the Holy Month of Ramadan, belly dance is paused out of respect, but all other shows continue.
Yes. Our BBQ buffet always includes a variety of vegetarian dishes — grilled vegetables, salads, hummus, rice, Arabic bread, and desserts. If you have specific dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, or allergies, please inform us at booking and we will accommodate you.
We use Toyota Land Cruisers and similar high-performance 4x4 SUVs. All vehicles are fitted with safety roll cages, seatbelts for every passenger, fire extinguishers, and are maintained to the highest standards. Our drivers hold government-issued safari licences.
Guests of all ages are welcome at the camp. However, dune bashing involves vigorous movement and is not recommended for those with heart conditions, severe back issues, or limited mobility. Elderly guests can opt for a direct, gentle drive to the camp and enjoy all other activities.
Yes, we provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off from any hotel, apartment, or residence across Dubai including JBR, Marina, Downtown, Deira, Bur Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, and outlying areas. Sharjah and Ajman pickups may also be arranged.
Desert safaris may be rescheduled in cases of extreme weather for your safety. If a tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Our team will contact you as early as possible with updates.

The morning safari focuses on adventure and natural beauty in cooler, more comfortable temperatures. It includes dune bashing, sandboarding, camel riding, and photography — but does not include BBQ dinner, live entertainment shows, henna, or shisha, which are exclusive to the evening experience.
The standard morning safari includes Arabic coffee, dates, bottled water, and light refreshments. A full breakfast is not included in the base package. If you would like a Bedouin-style breakfast, please enquire about our upgraded options at the time of booking.
October through February offers the most pleasant morning temperatures, typically between 20 and 28 degrees Celsius. Summer mornings (June to August) heat up quickly after 9 AM. However, the morning safari is always more comfortable than the afternoon regardless of season.
Yes, quad biking can be added as a paid upgrade. A 30-minute ATV session typically costs between AED 150 and AED 200. We recommend pre-booking to guarantee availability as on-site slots fill up quickly.
Our standard morning safari departs at 8:00 AM, so you will experience the beautiful morning light but not the actual sunrise. If you specifically want a sunrise experience, ask us about the dedicated Sunrise Safari option with an earlier 4:30 AM to 5:00 AM departure.
It is excellent for families. Cooler temperatures, a shorter four-hour duration, and the adventure-focused format make it ideal for children. Kids aged 3 and above can participate in dune bashing. Younger children require a private vehicle with a child seat.
Yes, basic restroom facilities are available at the meeting point before entering the deep desert and at any camp or stop area. We recommend using the facilities before the dune bashing segment begins.
We suggest a light meal or snack before departure. Avoid heavy or greasy food as the dune bashing involves vigorous movement. Staying hydrated is important — we provide unlimited bottled water throughout the tour.
Yes. Our overnight camps are professionally managed with on-site staff present throughout the night. The camps are in established, secure desert locations used regularly by licensed tour operators. Security, first aid, and emergency protocols are always in place.
Standard overnight packages include traditional open-air Bedouin-style tents with clean mattresses, pillows, and warm blankets. Premium upgrades with air-conditioned tents, thicker mattresses, and additional privacy can be arranged — please ask at booking.
Desert temperatures can drop to 10 to 15 degrees Celsius during winter months (November through February). In summer, nights remain warmer at around 25 to 30 degrees. Blankets are provided, but we strongly recommend bringing a jacket or fleece, especially in winter.
Yes. A hearty Bedouin-style breakfast is included: eggs, Arabic bread, cheese, jam, honey, fresh fruits, tea, and Arabic coffee. It is served after the optional sunrise experience.
Most standard camps have limited or no electrical outlets. We strongly recommend bringing a fully charged portable power bank. Some premium camp setups may offer basic charging facilities — confirm at booking.
Mobile network signal is generally weak or absent at overnight camp locations deep in the desert. WiFi is available in the vehicles during transit but typically not at the camp itself. We suggest informing family or friends that you may be unreachable until morning.
Children aged 5 and above generally enjoy the overnight experience. Younger children may find the long hours and sleeping conditions challenging. Private family tent arrangements can be discussed with our team at booking to ensure maximum comfort.
The Arabian desert is home to desert foxes, sand gazelles, Arabian oryx, and various reptiles and insects. During the early morning nature walk, you may spot tracks and desert-adapted wildlife. Sightings depend on the season and cannot be guaranteed.
In the rare event of extreme weather such as a sandstorm or heavy rain, our team will make every effort to ensure your safety and comfort. If conditions require cancellation before departure, a full refund or rescheduling is offered. If weather changes during the stay, emergency shelter and transport are available.
No prior experience is necessary. All our quad bikes are automatic (no gear changes required). Before your ride, a professional instructor provides a complete safety briefing covering controls, throttle, braking, and track rules. It is very easy to pick up within the first minute or two.
Self-driving is available for guests aged 16 and above (some sessions may require 18). Children under 16 can ride as a passenger with a trained instructor on designated children's quad bikes within a restricted, safer area.
No driving licence is required for desert quad biking. The rides take place on private desert terrain, not public roads, so no licence is necessary.
The standard included session is 30 minutes — plenty of time to get comfortable and enjoy the experience. If you want more, you can extend by an additional 30 to 60 minutes at an extra charge payable at the desert.
We provide helmets and safety goggles for every rider. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Our ATVs are professionally maintained and inspected before each session. An instructor monitors all riders throughout the experience.
Standard ATVs are single-rider vehicles. If you want to ride with a companion, ask about our 2-seater dune buggy option, which is available at an additional charge and offers an equally thrilling experience for two.
We strongly recommend pre-booking. On-site availability is not guaranteed as quad bikes are limited, on-site prices are typically higher, and you may face wait times. Pre-booking ensures your ATV is reserved, your session is scheduled seamlessly with the safari, and you get the best rate.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend using a phone while actively riding. However, the instructor can stop the group for photo opportunities during the session. GoPro or action camera mounts can often be arranged — ask your instructor.
Quad biking is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with severe back or neck problems, those prone to vertigo, or anyone who has recently undergone hand, arm, or shoulder surgery. If you are unsure, please consult with our team before booking.
